Every pergola and awning we build are made entirely to order - no stock, no shortcuts. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

Production time: 10–14 weeks.

Because each product is built specifically for you, our average production window is 10 to 14 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. This time allows our people to source, cut and assemble your structure's kit with the precision it deserves.

Delivery: up to 2 weeks after dispatch.*

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to your address. Transit times vary depending on your location and we'll provide full tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Good to know: Lead times may vary during peak seasons and depending on the product set up chosen. Once your order enters production, you'll receive updates at key milestones so you're never left wondering.

Delivery exclusions: We're currently unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you're based in one of these locations and would like to discuss options, please don't hesitate to get in touch - we'd love to help find a solution.
