Order #28087. This is a 13' x 19' installation on a 20' x 16' trex deck with the deck being 20' above the ground. The woods in the back overlook the Savannah River (can be seen in the winter without leaves on the trees). The pergola with wind screens and heaters allows us to extend the number of usable days during the year. We can enjoy our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening in all kinds of weather.

We purchased for backyard. They sent wrong parts and took for ever(months) to pick bad parts. My pergola leaks, only one side works and Gutter issues Custom service is terrible. Been trying to get support for weeks .. almost a month.I would not purchase again with the knowledge I have now. To much money $10k to be ignored.

We are so impressed with the quality of this pergola! The set up was relatively easy for a 79, 78 and a 75 year old. I do think the instructions could be a little clearer or provide a more detailed video. But it is up!

Beautiful and strong. Added so much to our outdoor living experience. Highly recommend all of the products.

We needed a strong patio cover for the high desert winds. We chose the 10 x 10 model. It's very sturdy and perfect for sun shelter during the days and for viewing the stars at night with the louvers open. It's tall enough that it doesn't obstruct the view from inside. Would highly recommend!

Just received and assembled my Hanso Pergola...it is amazing!! Can't wait to use it any time of the year. Screens and heaters are great add-ons!! Quality product.

After considering many pergola options I decided to go with Hanso. It is the best quality and easy to assemble, not to mention it looks great adding value to our home. I glad I chose Hanso!

My husband and contractor were able to set up the pergola and 2 screens by working straight for 9 hours in one day. (The parts are heavy). We have kept the slats closed and it has provided lovely shade during the summer. The gutter worked well during recent rain. We rest there during the day and ur family enjoys congregating there in evening. Grateful we made the decision to get Hanso.

We love our new pergola. Great quality for the price. Product itself is 5/5 no doubt. As other commenters have mentioned, the shipping is the only downside. It took 6 months for us to get our pergola. However, we knew it would be a long wait and ordered well in advance. Customer service was top notch and helped us to track our order consistently. So, if you can handle the wait, it's totally worth it.

I do not recommend Hanso pergola!!
I bought a Hanso pergola on 01/29/2025. It was supposed to be delivered between 10-14 weeks. But it delivered in Med-August!!
Meanwhile, there was no communication from Hanso. Every time I called them to get up-to-date with my order status!!

Recently completed the installation of a 10 x 13 Hanso pergola in my backyard in Minnesota. Overall, the pergola looks fantastic & is the beginning of the transformation of my backyard. The pergola has a contemporary minimalist feel and it's an amazing extension of my home's interior. The set-up wasn't extremely difficult, and my handyman and I were able to complete the project in ~6 hours.
